Here is your chance to own a perpetual deeded ownership (never expires!) at the Atrium, an RCI affiliated resort located in beautiful Virgina Beach, VA. This deeded ownership is for an Annual 2 bedroom Lock-Off, 2 bath Unit (deeded as unit 0405/0406, week 43), meaning you can use that week every year in a Two Bedroom, Two Bath unit at The Atrium without paying an RCI exchange fee; or you can use the 27,000 points every year. Usage starts in 2008 with 54,000 points for the new owner (27,000 points were rolled over from the 2007 use year). Maintenance fees are paid every year in the amount of $754. Taxes are included. The new owner will be responsible for fees starting in 2008. These fees have been paid and will be collected at auction's end. Your points will be issued to you on the first day of your Effective Month of every year (The effective month is determined by the date the RCI Points account is transferred to you, usually 1 month after purchase). You can borrow points from the upcoming year. You can roll over your points for up to Two years. This is a No Reserve auction and will be sold to the highest bidder.
