Nestled in the heart of an 8,000-acre resort community just south of Allegheny National Forest and bordering Pennsylvania State Game Lands #77, this resort offers the peace and tranquility one desires out of a vacation, yet provides activities and amenities to entertain everyone. The resort features 2 lakes with beach areas, an indoor and three outdoor pools, tennis courts, and two PGA 18-hole golf courses. Winter brings sledding and cross-country skiing, available right on site. Guests can certainly enjoy good food and entertainment at the Ski Lodge or dining at the Country Club. About The Condo The unit is #66C, which is a large 2 Bedroom, townhouse style condo with a full kitchen, two baths, a private patio with a lovely view, plus a fireplace. With over 1100 square feet, this spacious 2 story condo will easily sleep 6 people comfortably and still leave plenty of room to stretch. Every condo unit at this resort is professionally decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities of home to make your stay a memorable one. The Week The week is #40, which is an excellent early October week when Autumn is at full bloom. If you like the turning of the leaves and vacationing when there are fewer people around this is your week. The weather is brisk which makes for great outdoor activities and the crowds are not around. You can use this week yourself or you can trade this white week for one of over 4,000 resorts in the RCI Exchange System (RCI code is 5006). The trading power is very good as this upstate area is popular year round. The week has had an excellent trading history for places like Steamboat Springs, Orlando, Mexico, Myrtle Beach, and others. Ownership is annual and yearly fees and taxes total only $410, a real bargain for a large unit.
