Resort Information Marriott's Fairway Villas at Seaview, awarded Interval International’s highest rating, located outside of Atlantic City, New Jersey, offers access to two world-class championship golf courses. Each two-bedroom villa boasts a screened balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. The resort features the Elizabeth Arden Red Door Salon and Spa, fitness center with indoor heated pool, outdoor pools and deck, nature trails, and designated barbecue areas. Marriott's Fairway Villas is ideally located adjacent to the Seaview Marriott Resort. Atlantic City's famous Boardwalk and endless historic sights are within easy driving distance. About The Condo The unit is a large and ultra luxurious two bedroom condo with a full kitchen and two full baths, a fireplace, romantic Jacuzzi, and a private balcony. With 1,150 square feet of living space, this roomy apartment home will easily sleep up to 6 people and still leave plenty of room to stretch. Each unit at this resort is professionally decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities of home to make your stay very memorable. The Week The week is a “Floating” in the resort’s system, which means you can call the resort each year and choose the week that suits you best for that year. You will be able to choose any of the following weeks: 1-14 (January thru early April, including Spring Break weeks) or 45-52 (November thru December, including Christmas and New Year’s weeks). These are excellent vacation weeks as they encompass both Prime RED weeks as well as off-season weeks. This way you can reserve your week in the season you prefer from year to year. Once you reserve your week you can then use it yourself or you can trade it within Marriott’s own highly coveted exchange system or for one of over 2,000 resorts in the Interval International (II code is MFV) system. The trading power is really excellent as this resort area is very popular year round, and also because it is a “Marriott”. It is permanently deeded and yearly fees total $874, very reasonable for this level of luxury, size of unit, and the Marriott system. The resort has had an excellent trading history for places like Bermuda, Hawaii, Israel, Breckenridge, and others. This is a deeded timeshare, which means you own it forever; leave it to your kids or sell it whenever you want.      More Details There is no mortgage on this timeshare. Maintenance and taxes are up to date. You will receive a Warranty Deed, which means that you are guaranteed free and clear title with no encumbrances. The new purchaser will begin ownership with the 2008 week, which can still be reserved, and be responsible for the 2008 maintenance fees, which will be due at the close of this auction along with the purchase price and closing costs.
