binding auction and by bidding, you are entering into a binding agreement for
the purchase of this land. High fees in the real estate category force us to
file non-paying bidder reports against those who do not follow through with the

We understand sometimes due to circumstances beyond your control,
you may find yourself unable to follow through with the transaction. In
this event, all we ask of you is reimbursement for our eBay listing fees.

Financing Option, the Full Purchase Price of $9,500.00
PLUS the $195 Deed Processing Fee will be due within 2 weeks of the close of
the auction.
The winning bidder will receive a
Warranty Deed
and a Title Insurance Policy,
that guarantees you will own this property Free and Clear. The winning bidder will receive the
RECORDED WARRANTY DEED & Title Insurance Policy within 6+/- weeks after the
