About Closing and Payment: Upon auctions end, you will receive an email requesting the following information: name(s), address, daytime phone, email address, and payment method for preparation of contract. To expedite the opening of escrow, please provide this information to me at your earliest convenience. Upon receipt of this required information, you will receive a contract for resale from us via email within one business day.
