Resort Information Nestled in the quiet Sierra pines of Arnold, California, the Mountain Retreat resort is in the heart of one of the country's most popular vacation areas. This fabulous resort has certainly earned RCI’s top rating as a Gold Crown Resort for their amenities and care they show their guests. Centrally located between Lake Tahoe, Yosemite, and San Francisco, this is the perfect location for a family getaway. From golfing to wine tasting to many different adventure sports, there certainly will not be a shortage of activities to entertain everyone. Back at the resort guests can certainly enjoy plenty of the amenities located on site, such as an indoor and outdoor pool, racquetball and basketball courts, tennis, a hot tub and sauna, and more. In addition to the on-site amenities, you'll have free membership privileges at Kline's Fitness Center and Meadowmont Golf facilities. This also includes tennis, golf, an outdoor pool, an all-sport court, and a well-equipped fitness center. For those seeking water sports, a beach area can be found at White Pines Lake, only three miles away. In winter, skiing at Bear Valley Mountain Resort is the primary recreation of choice, but definitely not the only one. About The Condo The unit is #19, which is a large 2 Bedroom condo complete with a full kitchen, two full baths, a patio and balcony, fireplace, and a washer and dryer. With over 1,200 square feet of living space, this condo will easily sleep up to 6 people comfortably and still leave plenty of room to stretch and relax. Each unit at this resort is professionally decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities of home to make your stay as comfortable as possible including all kitchenware, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, etc. All you will need to do is show up and enjoy! The Week The week is a “Floating” week during the resort’s “Gold” Season, which means you call the resort each year and choose the week that suits you best for that year. You will be able to choose any of the following Prime weeks: 14-47 (April – November, which include all of the summer weeks and some Spring Breaks) and 51-52 (Christmas and New Year’s weeks). These are excellent vacation weeks as weather is beautiful, the outdoor activities are at their best, and they encompass all of the major holidays and school breaks. Once you reserve your week you can use the week yourself or you can trade your PRIME RED week for one of over 4,000 resorts in the RCI Exchange System (RCI code is 5007). The trading power is really excellent as this resort area is very popular, not to mention it's Gold Crown status. The week has had an excellent trading history for places like Fort Lauderdale, Utah, Arizona, California, Bahamas, Mexico and others. The ownership and usage is annual, it is permanently deeded, and the maintenance fees total $660, however the taxes are billed directly from the county and typically run approximately $50 per year. More Details There is no mortgage on this timeshare. Maintenance and taxes are up to date. You will receive a Warranty Deed, which means that you are guaranteed free and clear title with no encumbrances.
