These are float weeks 44-49 and 13-17 (Nov.1- Dec.13, 2008 and Mar.28- May 2, 2009) You merely pick a date in those weeks and call the resort and lock it in. These weeks trade very well with BOTH   RCI and II.   Total Cost = $ Final Bid + $300 Closing Cost + $499 Maintenance Fee(2008)   If you do not want to use it this year, let me know, and deduct the maintenance fee from the cost.
