Okay, I have never sold land on ebay before so PLEASE bear with me. I have the deed typed up and everything and it will be sent to the winning bidder to file with WARD COUNTY, TEXAS. You will be responsible for the filing fees which is about $20.00. Approximately 7 miles to I-20 and the property is a nice 2550 feet in elevation. I believe it is near Pyote which is near The Monahans. New Mexico is 40 miles to the North and an easy drive to Carlsbad Caverns, Big Bend National Park and Guadalupe Peak. Dirt roads, trails and land for hiking, horseback riding and camping etc. No restrictions on this property that I know about. Water and power aren't on the property so holding takes, solar etc are needed. Great investment for the future. As the expression goes, they can make more people, but not more land.
