20 Acs of West Texas Ranch Land, No Reserve, Title Ins
Visit our eBay About Me page to learn more about our what we have to offer.
This property is located in spectacular Culberson County in Western Texas. This area is strategically located along major continental transportation routes (Interstate-10, US-62, and the Missouri Pacific and Southern Pacific railroads), close to the economically vibrant international border with Mexico, and relatively close to the El Paso Metropolitan Area (one of the nations fastest growing cities). Land in this area represents a potential asset for the short to long term investor. Due to its location, land in this region is continually being revaluated for a variety of economic uses from traditional ranching and homesteading to innovative new energy technologies (like the huge wind powered projects at Delaware Mountain ) even civilian space tourism). As international energy supplies continue to dwindle and become less accessible reinvestment in old oil and natural gas fields in the area are beginning to become cost effective. This all has a net effect in bringing up the value of land in this area. This area offers low property taxes, inexpensive housing, and the conveniences of the nearby larger cities of Odessa and El Paso.
Property values in Texas have soared in recent years due to migrations of retirees enticed by the pleasant climate and the relaxed low-key lifestyle of the American Southwest. Investors and business entrepreneurs are also relocating to the area due to its friendly business atmosphere, strategic location near other Southwest States (New Mexico, Arizona) and Mexico. The area's potential for growth is demonstrated in nearby El Paso and Odessa. As property values in these areas continue to increase, real estate in Culberson County represents excellent investment potential! Private property will soon be beyond the reach of a lot of Americans. As the population of the United States grows and continues to relocate, opportunities in "best kept secret" areas like Culberson County will diminish. Niche investment properties in rural areas such as Western Texas are growing in value. Land in Culberson County fulfills the needs of those looking for a new adventure in living, a prudent investment, and a legacy property to pass on to future generations!
