Beautiful Sunterra Resorts 10,000 Sun Option Points Timeshare For Sale (also known as U.S. Collection) This Sun Option Points package consists of 10,000 Annual Membership (Does Not Expire) These Points can be used at any 19 Florida Trust Sunterra resorts listed below. Many Five Star Resorts. This ownership does not expire until you decide to sell it. Your usage starts January 1, 2009 - December 31, 2009. Points roll over if requested by owner. If they request to roll points over by June 30 they can roll over 100% of their points. If they request by August 31st they can roll over 50% of their points. If they request by October 31st, they can roll over 25% of their points. The new owner will be responsible for maintenance fees and taxes in the approximate amount of $920.00 on January 1st 2009 which includes the Club Sunterra Annual Dues. Club Sunterra Sun Option Points Member Guidelines: Resort Points may be used within the 19 resorts resort accommodations. As a Florida Trust Member, you will receive 10,000 Resort Points each and every year. Resort Points must be used within a 12-month period, referred to as a “Use Year.” Making Reservations: When placing a full reservation (7 nights) the reservation can be made 13 months to 61 days prior to the first night of the requested. When placing a partial reservation (3 nights) the reservation can be made 60 days to 31 days prior to the first night of the requested. When placing a partial reservation (1 night) the reservation can be made 30 days to 24 hours prior to the first night of the requested. Reservations may be cancelled following certain procedures. Club Waitlist: In the event that you request specific accommodations or dates that are not available you will be notified as soon as a matching accommodation becomes available. Club Sunterra Sun Option Points Banking: All or a portion of your 10,000 points may be banked for the next use year. Borrowing: You may borrow up to 100% of next use year points to make reservations for the present year's usage. Transferring: You may transfer all of your points into another member's account. Rentals: You may rent additional points for individual reservations. Purchasing: You may purchase additional points and permanently increase the amount of Resort Points you receive yearly. Your Ownership Includes: 1. Points-based Vacation Ownership Interest -- Use, Rent, Sell or Will to your heirs 2. Annual Usage begins in 2009 January 1. 3. Points-based Vacation Ownership -- As a member of the Club Sunterra Vacations II you will receive 10,000 Resort Points each year. 4. Resort Points: Points-based Vacation Ownership Interests are designed to offer the maximum flexibility and control over when and where to take a vacation, the length of stay at a resort and the size and type of the unit preferred. Points may be used at any of the 19 properties listed below by making reservations 13 months in advance. In order to exchange with Interval International or any of the Sunterra resorts besides the ones below, you would need to join Club Sunterra. The cost is $3000 to convert this Florida Trust membership and become a part of Club Sunterra.
