Payment and Transaction Information...
This auction is for FULL PAYMENT. The (final bid amount + $280) is the absolute final amount the buyer will pay to own this lot. Full payment is due upon close of auction through PAY-PAL Secure Transactions services unless arranged otherwise. We will submit the new winner an official PAY-PAL "Money Request Form" upon close of auction. We will not begin the title transfer untill receipt of cleared payment. Pay-Pal instant transfers clear immeditely, however Pay-Pal "E-Checks" require 4-5 business days to clear. All forms of payment must clear prior to closing.
The winning bidder will receive a copy of his deed, an official LandMaster invoice showing the transaction, and a platmap thru overnite delivery with thte US Post Office. He or she will receive the original in 3-4 weeks direct from the Polk County courthouse. All properties are sold through a warranty deed. We DO NOT sell properties with liens or back taxes. We ONLY SELL the best "hand-picked" land. Our properties are fully researched and physically inspected for the security of our customers!
